How do you view your life? Complex? Yes, life is complex and sometimes changing any one aspect is not enough. I firmly believe that to make an impact we need to look at our health, our thoughts, our relationships, our fineries, our appearance, our living space etc.

Well my friend, I am an information junkie : I read and research a lot and I pick what feels right with me.

I am a firm proponent of the “law of attraction” but I am not dogmatic about this belief -or anything else for that matter. I am a flexible and open person…… and I expect the same from you.

Mike Dooley states:” You could pray for 1,000 nights, visualize for 1,000 days, and give thanks for 1,000 things, but it's when you physically prepare the way, dear friend - no matter how silly, tiny or futile your efforts may seem - that 1,000 miracles will transform you.”
